Post your REQUEST with just a few clicks. The more accurate your description is, the better your chances of finding your item! Include all the details: Make, color, size, as well as the date and place it was lost. Don't remember exactly when or where you lost it? Don't panic, we'll help you find it. Here are the steps to follow:

Click on I've lost an item
Fill in the form
Write a message describing your item
Validate the REQUEST, don't forget to re-read the information to validate the REQUEST
Your REQUEST will be checked and approved by our moderators on the same day.

You've found something

We really need people like you in this world! The procedure is very simple: take a photo of the object and let our fon-nulaine guide you through the process! it will only take a few seconds! Here's how it works:

Go to Create a REQUEST
Click on found object
Fill in the form
Upload the photo of the item on our site
Validate, don't forget to reread and check your information before validating
Your Request will be checked and validated by our moderators the same day.

Once you find your item, you can either pick it up in person or have it sent to you, subject to paying the delivery fee or not, depending on the mutual agreement. Here are some tips:

Make sure it's really yours: Ask for a photo of the item to make sure it's really yours
Beware of scams: Ask for a photo of the found item to make sure the person really found your item. Beware of scams!
If you have to pick up the item in person, arrange a meeting in a public place where there are a lot of people, or in front of a police station for the more fearful, but be careful not to scare the person who found your item!
